Peace in Practice is a 4-part sound healing and reflection series created to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and collective grounding. Each 90-minute session offers a calm, trauma-aware space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and our shared humanity.

This series is intentionally designed for those feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world and seeking a place to rest without bypassing reality.

This is:

  • A supportive, trauma-aware healing space

  • Centered on nervous system regulation and emotional safety

  • Facilitated with care, intention, and respect

  • Grounded in sound healing, presence, and shared humanity

There is no pressure to speak. Listening, resting, and quiet presence are always welcome.

  • 60 minutes of facilitated reflection & discussion
    Held with a somatic healing tone

  • 30 minutes of sound healing
    Designed to calm the nervous system and support regulation

  • A safe, respectful environment
    Where emotions are welcome and silence is honored

No prior experience with sound healing is required.
