Peace in Practice is a 4-part sound healing and reflection series created to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and collective grounding. Each 90-minute session offers a calm, trauma-aware space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself and our shared humanity.
This series is intentionally designed for those feeling overwhelmed by the state of the world and seeking a place to rest without bypassing reality.
