π Inner Empress Oil
Confidence & Presence
A grounding ritual oil for confidence, personal power, and feeling fully present in yourself.
I use this blend when I want to feel strong, centered, and worthy of taking up space.
The scent is warm, earthy, citrusy, and rich. For me, this is an oil about remembering my own strength and allowing confidence to feel grounded rather than forced.
Confidence doesn't always have to be loud. Sometimes it is simply the quiet knowing that I belong in the room, that my voice matters, and that I can stand firmly in who I am.

π My Ritual
I use Inner Empress Oil when I want to feel strong, steady, and grounded in my presence.
I rub a small amount of oil into my shoulders, arms, and chest, breathing slowly as I bring my attention back to myself.
I imagine gathering my energy inward rather than giving it away.
I stand a little taller.
I breathe a little deeper.
And I remember that I don't have to prove my worthiness to anyone.
I am allowed to take up space.
I am allowed to trust myself.
I am allowed to be powerful and soft at the same time.
That is the quiet strength of the Inner Empress.
