🌙 Moon Temple Oil

Calm & Grounding

A calming ritual oil for stillness, grounding, and inner connection. This soft, mystical blend is something I reach for when I want to slow down, turn inward, and create a little more calm in my evening. For me, making and using ritual oils is a simple way to bring intention and everyday enchantment into ordinary moments.

Ingredients

  • 4 drops Roman Chamomile

  • 3 drops Lavender

  • 2 drops Frankincense

  • 2 drops Vanilla

  • 1 drop Clary Sage

  • 4 oz. shea butter oil

Method

  1. Add the essential oils to a clean 4 oz. bottle.

  2. Fill with shea butter oil.

  3. Cap the bottle and gently roll or shake to combine.

  4. Allow the blend to rest before using so the scents can come together.

Notes

  • A little oil goes a long way.

  • I especially enjoy this blend as part of an evening ritual.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

  • Use an appropriate dilution for your intended use and follow the safety guidance for the essential oils you choose.

Oil Enchantment ✨

"I enchant this oil with stillness and calm,
with quiet moments and gentle balm.
May I slow down, breathe, and be,
and return to the quiet within me."

🌎 Element: Water + Earth
Energy: Calm & Reflection
🌙 Intention: Stillness & Inner Connection
🌕 Moon Phase: Waning Moon

The Waning Moon is a beautiful time for slowing down, releasing what no longer needs your attention, and turning inward. This is a time to create space for rest, reflection, and quiet connection with yourself.

🌙 My Ritual

I use Moon Temple Oil at night when I want grounding and a calming transition into the evening.

I light a candle, play soft music, and massage a small amount of oil into my arms and chest. Then I take a few slow breaths and allow myself to settle into the moment.

Sometimes that's all the ritual needs to be.

A candle.
A little oil.
A few quiet breaths.
A moment to come home to myself.
