β€οΈ Sacred Heart Oil
Healing & Self-Love
A gentle ritual oil for comfort, tenderness, emotional care, and self-love.
I use this blend when my heart feels tender, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a little extra care.
The scent is soft, floral, warm, and comforting. For me, Sacred Heart Oil is about creating a quiet space to acknowledge what I'm feeling without needing to fix it or rush through it.
Sometimes self-love is simply giving ourselves permission to be tender.

A little oil goes a long way.
I especially enjoy this blend during quiet evening rituals or moments when I need a little extra tenderness.

β¨ Oil Enchantment β¨
"I enchant this oil with tenderness and grace,
with gentle love and a soft embrace.
May I meet myself with kindness here,
and make a little room for every feeling.
May my heart be held with loving care,
may I breathe deeply and simply be,
and may I remember that I am worthy
of the same compassion I so freely give."

β€οΈ My Ritual
I use Sacred Heart Oil when I feel emotional, tender, or simply in need of some extra care.
I dim the lights, put on soft music, and take a few quiet moments for myself.
I massage a small amount of oil into my chest and arms slowly, allowing the ritual to be an act of tenderness rather than something I need to accomplish.
I breathe.
I notice what I'm feeling.
And I give myself permission to be exactly where I am.
I don't have to fix every feeling.
I can meet myself with kindness.
I can let tenderness be part of my strength.
Sometimes the most loving thing we can do is simply stay present with ourselves.
